GuardLine Design
About
I bring over 18 years of law enforcement experience to my work in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED). Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how the built environment can either invite crime or help prevent it. That real-world experience is the foundation of my approach to CPTED.
I specialize in identifying risks before they become incidents by evaluating lighting, access control, visibility, territorial reinforcement, and overall site design. My goal is not just compliance or theory, but practical, actionable solutions that improve safety while preserving the function and appearance of a space.
By combining proven CPTED principles with nearly two decades of on-the-ground policing experience, I help property owners, businesses, and communities create environments that naturally deter crime, enhance public confidence, and support long-term safety.
If you’d like, I can tailor this to sound more formal, approachable, or marketing-focused, or align it specifically with Guardline Design branding.
